Dr Henry Chingaipe, Spokesperson for HESLGB Board of Directors, has announced that HESLGB will be launching a mobile phone app to enable students to apply for loans directly from their mobile devices. The app is scheduled to be available for download on Google Play Store and Apple Store starting from May 1.
